Mining

Mine skid chargers are standard, ferro resonant skid/sled mounted chargers designed for abusive applications where mobility is required such as underground mining, construction sites, tunneling applications, oilrigs, railroad yards, etc. The rugged charger is constructed on a structural steel sled that can be towed to the point of use. The charger is supplied with 15’ of DC cable without a connector. Available in single phase or three phase.  Full range of input voltages available including 50HZ.  Battery Amp Hour sizes up to 2200 available.

MSR

Mine Skid, Rapid Recovery:  The MSR is designed to recharge a 100% discharged lead acid battery of matched amp-hour size within 6 hours. Typical start rate at nominal AC line is 21 amps output for each 100 amp-hour size of the charger rating. The finish rate is 4.5 amps output for each 100 amp-hour size of the charger rating or 2.6VPC (+/- 1% with a line variation of +10%/-6%). The start and finish rates are fixed.

MSP

Mine Skid, Premium:  The MSR is designed to recharge a 100% discharged lead acid battery of matched amp-hour size within 8 hours. Typical start rate at nominal AC line is 16.6 amps output for each 100 amp-hour size of the charger rating. The finish rate is 4.5 amps output for each 100 amp-hour size of the charger rating or 2.6VPC (+/- 1% with a line variation of +10%/-6%). The start and finish rates are fixed.
